Wash your hair with shampoo (no conditioner).
Towel-dry your hair.
Start with 3 pumps (more if you have thick or long hair). Work it through from roots to ends.
Do not rinse. Leave on for 4 minutes.
Comb through and style as usual.

For extra-intense repair: leave it on for 10 minutes and then use conditioner.
