Have you changed your mind and wish to return one or more products? This is often still possible. We’ll gladly tell you more about it.

Returning products

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@hairgivers.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return conditions

Consumable items and products for which hygiene is important may only be returned unopened and undamaged. Articles that have been used or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned without contacting our customer service.

Return policy

If you return a product, the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This means that you will receive the purchase amount minus the return costs.

Returning your product in 3 easy steps

Step 1

Send an e-mail to our customer service stating that you wish to return a product. The e-mail address is: contact@hairgivers.com

Step 2

You’ll receive instructions in the mail how to return the product. The exact process depends on the country you ordered from, but mostly means that you take your package to a parcel collection point of the delivery company you received the order from.

Step 3

Send the product back to our warehouse. Once our warehouse has received the return, it will take up to 14 days for the money to be refunded to your account.

You may return your order to us within 14 days of receiving your package. The shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Our warehouse processes are automated, so orders are processed immediately after payment. In most cases, we can therefore no longer make changes or cancellations. Do you still have a question about this? Please contact our customer service.

If you have ordered the wrong products, you can refuse the package at delivery. It will then be returned to us automatically.



We are happy to look into a suitable solution if you are not satisfied. Please contact us about this here. Unopened products can be returned for a refund. However, please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

You can return Linn minoxidil to us, provided the full packaging is unopened. This means that a Linn Minoxidil 3-pack, from which 1 bottle has been used, also counts as opened.
