Have you changed your mind and want to return one or more products? That is no problem.

Cooling-off Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. You can simply use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page for this purpose. After your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to actually return the products to us.

Return Costs and Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Orders of €20 or more are shipped for free. Did you pay shipping costs (for an order under €20) and are you returning the entire order? Then we will refund these initial shipping costs to you.
  • Return Costs: The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If you use our return label, these return costs will automatically be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
  • Refunds: We will refund the purchase amount (minus the return costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal. Please note: we may withhold the refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the products back.

Return Conditions (Hygiene)

For consumer goods and hair/care products where hygiene is important, these may only be returned unopened and in pristine condition. Unfortunately, items that have been used or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned (unless this has been discussed in advance with our customer service).

Returns in 3 Simple Steps

  • Step 1: Use the form on this page Enter your order number and email address at the bottom of this page and click the "Cancel agreement here" button. You will immediately receive an automated confirmation of your request by email. You will then receive the return label no later than the next working day. (Need help? You can always email us at contact@hairgivers.nl).

  • Step 2: Hand in your package Print the received return label and stick it over the original shipping label. Take your package to a DHL service point (or a Bpost service point in Belgium) and have the barcode scanned. Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place.

  • Step 3: Refund or exchange As soon as our warehouse (or our system via Track & Trace) has successfully processed the return shipment, we will refund the amount to your account within a maximum of 14 days. Would you prefer a different product? Then we will ship it as soon as we have received the return shipment.

Frequently asked questions

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the product. Once you have notified us via the form on this page that you wish to cancel (a part of) your order, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the package back to us.



Our warehouse processes are automated, which means orders are processed almost immediately after payment. If you placed an order during our office hours, it is best to contact our customer service directly.

However, in most cases, we can no longer make changes or cancellations. If you ordered the wrong products or changed your mind, you can refuse the package at delivery. It will then be automatically returned to us.

In all other cases, we ask you to fill out the withdrawal form to return your products.



Yes, the costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. To make things easy for you, we immediately send a return label as soon as you fill out the form. The costs for this label will automatically be deducted afterwards from the amount we refund to you.

If your original order was under €20 (and you therefore paid shipping costs), we will refund these shipping costs to you, provided you return the entire order to us. Are you keeping a part of the order? Then you will not get the original shipping costs back.



No, unfortunately not. Due to strict hygiene rules, we can only accept returned products if they are unopened and in their original, pristine condition. Has a product been opened or is the seal broken? Then we unfortunately cannot process it.



We will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have notified us via the button on this page that you are canceling the purchase. Please note: we are allowed to wait with the refund until we have actually received the products in our warehouse, or until you can prove with a proof of shipment that you have sent the package.



No, absolutely not! You can simply enter your email address and order number in the form above. Logging in or creating an account is not necessary to exercise your right of withdrawal.



Yes, certainly! If you would prefer to receive a different product, you can indicate this. As soon as we have received and processed your returned order in our warehouse, we will send the new product to you immediately.



In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we would gladly look for a suitable solution together with you. You can send an email to our customer service for this. Although we do not offer a standard refund of the purchase amount in case of dissatisfaction, we always do our best to help you as much as possible.
