Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3-6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with water after meals). Then take 1-2 tablets per day as needed.

Switching from Nutrafol because that's too expensive to keep taking. Good that the daily dose of Viviscal is only 2 pills although I am now taking 3 a day to see if it works better.
