Regenepure DR is an intense scalp treatment that gently cleanses impurities and toxins while conditioning and nourishing the scalp and roots. The shampoo contains 1% Ketoconazole, effective against dandruff, itching, and seborrheic eczema. Furthermore, it contains clinically-proven ingredients like Niacin, Saw Palmetto, Linolenic Acid, and Jojoba oils.

Why a healthy scalp is so important

Your scalp is literally the soil in which your hair grows. If that soil is out of balance, due to inflammatory reactions, dandruff or excessive sebum production, this can shorten the growth phase of the hair and cause it to fall out more quickly. By focusing on restoring the scalp barrier, reducing flakes and limiting irritation, you directly support the conditions for healthy hair growth.

This is why Regenepure DR contains, among other things, 1% Ketoconazole. Ketoconazole effectively treats inflammation and also has a DHT-inhibiting effect. The zinc oxide in the shampoo has a similar effect.

In addition, the shampoo contains various ingredients that can stimulate hair growth and inhibit DHT. Saw Palmetto, for example, is a well-known and highly effective DHT inhibitor. Caffeine stimulates the blood circulation in the scalp and also has a DHT-inhibiting effect. Emu oil provides a thicker hair shaft and nourishes the hair.

Mild base: pleasant for frequent use

Regenepure DR has a mild composition. It does not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), but uses a high-quality, milder cleansing base. This is especially beneficial if you use the shampoo more often and your scalp reacts sensitively to aggressive cleansers.

This shampoo is suitable for everyday use. Ketoconazole can however have a slightly drying effect on the hair. When your hair feels dry, it is advised to reduce the frequency (3-4 times per week). An other option is to alternate the shampoo with the Regenepure NT shampoo. The Regenepure biotin conditioner can be used for extra care and stimulation of hair growth. Caffeine
Caffeine blocks 5-alpha-reductase to inhibit the conversion of testosterone to DHT. Caffeine also improves scalp health.
Ketoconazole
Combats eczema and dandruff through its antifungal properties. This calms the scalp and forms a good basis so that hair can grow better. In addition, Ketoconazole is anti-inflammatory and a mild DHT reducer by counteracting the formation of 5-alpha reductase in the scalp.
Niacinamide
Vitamin B3 has an anti-inflammatory effect. Niacinamide also improves blood flow in the scalp, allowing nutrients to better reach the hair and scalp.
Saw palmetto

Apply a generous amount of shampoo to wet hair and massage it into the scalp. Leave the shampoo for three to five minutes and then rinse the shampoo.

Regenepure DR shampoo is suitable for everyday use.

Because of the 1% Ketoconazole, your hair can feel dry when you use the shampoo every day. You can then choose to reduce the frequency (3-4 times per week) and to not wash your hair on the other days. Use a condtioner if desired, preferably Regenepure biotin conditioner.

When you want to wash your hair with a hair growth stimulating shampoo daily, but you suffer from dry hair, then you can follow the regime below:

Average hair types:
For those with an average hair type, it is recommended to alternate between the Regenepure DR shampoo and Regenepure NT shampoo, using one each day. So the first day use Regenepure DR and the second day Regenepure NT.

For extra nourishment of your hair, you can use the Regenepure biotin conditioner. Use the conditioner only after using the Regenepure DR shampoo.

Oily hair types:
For those with oily hair types, it is recommended to alternate between Regenepure DR and Regenepure NT, using one each day. So the first day use Regenepure DR and the second day Regenepure NT.

For extra nourishment of your hair, follow up with the Regenepure biotin conditioner. As a conditioner can make your hair greasy, use the conditiner 3 to 5 times a week, depending on how your hair reacts to the product.

Dry hair types:
For those with dry hair, it is recommended to only use Regenepure DR three times a week, using Regenepure NT every other day.
For extra nourishment of your hair, follow up with the Regenepure b iotin conditioner every day. Rinse with cold water.

I first found out about this product after my dermatologist recommended using a ketoconazole shampoo, and this is the only one I found that contains it without any harsh sulfates. I have been using the Regenepure DR + NT combination pack for a month now and am really satisfied with the results. The DR shampoo leaves my scalp feeling incredibly clean and healthy, while the NT formula ensures my hair stays well-hydrated and soft without drying it out.
